Session  Plans

During each lesson, the tutor addresses misconceptions, closes knowledge gaps and helps build confidence in Mathematics.​

​​

All printed materials, past papers for practice, free access to online testing platforms, stationery, writing paper, and isometric or tracing paper will be provided free of charge during face-to-face sessions. ​

​

Edu Plus can lend you revision text and exercise books, educational games and mathematical equipment such as a maths set or a scientific calculator.

Investments:

​ * KS 3  - starts from £35 per hour 

​

additional half an hour + £10 for regular customers ( save £7.5) 

additional hour + £20 for regular customers ( save £15) 

​

 * GCSE,  Functional Skills / Re-sits - starts from £40 per hour 

​

additional half an hour + £10 for regular customers ( save £10) 

additional hour + £20 for regular customers ( save £20) 

​

(Discount for additional hour is for the learning time in one session)

Payments:

All payments must be made up front, termly, monthly or for the 5 sessions to book the slot.
Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer.

Unarranged Absences (such as sickness)

• min 12 hours notice -  rearranged session

• less than 12 hours notice given - fees to be charged (100% of the session)

 

Arranged Absences (such as holiday)

• min 7 days notice -  rearranged session

• less than 7 days notice given - fees to be charged (100% of the session)

 

Tutor holidays and bank holidays

• No planned session over holidays, unless otherwise agreed.

•  rearranged session

 

Discounts: 

Discounts are set individually. The family discount applies to all family members, not necessarily attending the same classes.

Each agreement with the parents is determined on a top-down basis, Edu Plus reserve the right to change them.

We approach each student and their situation individually.

Keeping your child safe:

​

We believe everyone has a responsibility to promote the welfare of all children and young people, keep them safe, and practise in ways that protect them.

 

We will give equal priority to keeping all students safe regardless of their age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.

 

All sessions will be recorded and stored for 6 months, for safeguarding and educational purposes.

No pictures of the child will be shared without parent's consent.

 

The tutor's teacher qualification number, current Enhanced DBS Check, and Public Liability Insurance Certificate are available on request.
